Vi segnaliamo per farvi conoscere un progetto molto interessante che speriamo abbiate voglia di
sostenere, proprio come noi di ESN!
Si tratta di un’iniziativa nata dall’associazione Amicizia senza Frontiere ONLUS: consiste
nella semplice raccolta di tappi di plastica!  L’associazione grazie a questo progetto (insieme ai ricavati di manifestazioni e al contributo di un privato) riesce dal 2013 a finanziare pozzi per
l’acqua potabile in Burkina Faso, rendendola accessibile agli abitanti di vari villaggi in questo
paese.
Tutto ciò che dovrete fare è raccogliere più tappi di plastica che potete, tenendo bene a mente:
 1)   Di consegnare SOLO TAPPI DI PLASTICA (no sughero, metallo  ecc)
 2)   Consegnare i tappi nelle date prefissate, presso i nostri uffici.

We’re reporting you this email to let you know about a very interesting project that we’re willing you
to support, just like us from ESN!
It is about an initiative started by the association ‘Amicizia senza frontiere ONLUS’: it
consists simply in collecting plastic bottle caps! Thanks to this project the association
manages from 2013 to dig new wells in Burkina Faso, in order to make drinking water accessible
for everybody who lives in small villages in the country.
All you have to do is collect as many plastic bottle caps as possible, keeping in mind to:
 1)   Give us only PLASTIC CAPS (no other material is accepted)
 2)   Deliver the caps in our office on the given date.
 
THIS WEEK THE PLASTIC CAPS CAN BE DELIVERED: FROM WEDNESDAY 5 th
MAY TO FRIDAY 7 TH MAY
 
In order to make the collection more exiting we thought about organizing a CONTEST, and the
winners will be those who collect more caps so… there will be a FINAL PRIZE!

Finalmente è arrivato l’evento tanto atteso da tutti i fan del cinema... Il nostro FANTASTICO Cineforum by ESN ASSI PARMA ️
Il tema di questa serata sarà: la classica “commedia all’italiana”, un sottogenere che ha contribuito a rendere le nostre pellicole made in italy famose in tutto il mondo; unito ad un tema che ci accomuna tutti l'ERASMUS! 
 
Infatti, il titolo del film che vi proponiamo è “Un figlio di nome Erasmus”, di cui vi riportiamo la trama:
 
Ascanio, Jacopo, Enrico e Pietro sono quattro amici che hanno condiviso numerose avventure in gioventù, tra cui un progetto Erasmus in Portogallo. Dopo vent'anni i quattro hanno preso strade completamente diverse, ma una tragica notizia li riunisce: la donna che hanno amato da giovani durante quell'esperienza all'estero è venuta a mancare. Il gruppo si mette in viaggio per i funerali a Lisbona, ignari che la loro vecchia fiamma ha lasciato in eredità un figlio, ormai ventenne, che dovranno trovare e sottoporre al test del DNA per sapere tutta la verità. The theme of this evening will be the classic "Italian comedy", a subgenre that has contributed to make famous our “made in italy” cinema all over the world; combined with a theme that unites us all ERASMUS! 
 
In fact, the title of the film that we propose is "A son named Erasmus", of which we report the plot:
 
Ascanio, Jacopo, Enrico and Pietro are four friends who shared numerous adventures in their youth, including an Erasmus project in Portugal. After twenty years the four have taken completely different paths, but a tragic news brings them together: the woman they loved as young people during that experience abroad has passed away. The group sets out for the funeral in Lisbon, unaware that their old flame has bequeathed a son, now 20, who will have to find a DNA test to find out the whole truth. In the meantime, the four friends thus have the opportunity to meet and reflect on the opportunities that life offers.

Well, this week we bring you an old game from our childhood, in Italy it's called: “Names, Things, Cities" (I know, not really creative let’s say). But you may know it as: STOP 
 
How is it played?
  • Every player has a board with different categories to fill in, from Personal Names to Country, Cities, or even brands. ️
  • At each round, there will be a random letter to begin. 
  • Fill all the categories with words beginning with that letter. 
  • First to finish calls "stop" to end the round. 
  • The score is then awarded to those with correct answers.

Get something to drink and, on our signal, search a song from your Country based on our indications (for example, 80s song/pop song etc.). Per questo weekend abbiamo organizzato un evento di tipo diverso: abbiamo organizzato una lezione di yoga dal vivo 
Il corso sarà tenuto da un ex Erasmus qui a Parma, ora diventata ESNer ad Ankara.
 
Tutti conoscono gli effetti benefici che lo Yoga può avere sul tuo cuore, anima e corpo, e questo è il momento perfetto da dedicare al tuo corpo e a te stesso come persona!
 
Consumare il pasto almeno 1 ora e mezzo prima della pratica e, se possibile, creare la propria area pulita. Il disordine inutile ti renderà energicamente stanco.

For this weekend we have organized a different kind of event: we organized a live yoga lesson 
The class will be given by a former Erasmus here in Parma, now turned ESNer in Ankara.
 
Everybody knows the beneficial effects that Yoga can have on your heart, soul and body, and this is the perfect time to dedicate to your body and yourself as a person!
 
Please  consume your meal at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the practice and If possible create your own clean area. Unnecessary mess will make you energetically tired.
