ESN ASSI Parma vi porterà presto alla scoperta della provincia parmigiana e delle eccellenze che ha regalato al mondo: la musica di Verdi e il NOVEMBER PORC! 

Infatti, per sabato 27 Novembre abbiamo organizzato una gita 100% parmigiana!

Questo evento inizierà la mattina con una visita guidata a Villa Verdi, casa del famoso compositore Giuseppe Verdi, una vera e propria icona di Parma. 

La destinazione successiva sarà Roccabianca, affascinante borgo della provincia di Parma che deve il suo nome al suo romantico castello. 

A Roccabianca visiteremo il castello al suo interno: dalle stanze con i bellissimi affreschi alla vecchia distilleria e acetaia.

Successivamente visiteremo una culatelleria, dove potrete vedere coi vostri occhi la produzione del famosissimo e pregiatissimo Culatello di Zibello. 

Infine ci uniremo al November Porc, una incredibile sagra dedicata al maiale in tutte le sue forme: prosciutto crudo, salame di Felino, coppa, culatello e molte altre specialità. Il tutto ovviamente affogato in un mare di vino Lambrusco. 

Ritorneremo a Parma prima di cena.

La quota di questa gita è di €13 e include il trasporto, le visite guidate e l'entrata al festival del November Porc di Roccabianca.

ESN ASSI Parma will soon take you to discover the province of Parma and the excellences it has given to the world: Verdi's music and NOVEMBER PORC! 

In fact, for Saturday 27 November we have organized a 100% Parmesan excursion

This event will start in the morning with a guided tour of Villa Verdi, home of the famous composer Giuseppe Verdi, a true icon of Parma. 

The next destination will be Roccabianca, a charming village in the province of Parma which owes its name to its romantic castle. 

In Roccabianca we will visit the castle inside: from the rooms with the beautiful frescoes to the old distillery and vinegar factory.

Then we will visit a culatelleria, where you can see with your own eyes the production of the famous and highly prized Culatello di Zibello.

Finally we will join the November Porc, an incredible festival dedicated to pork in all its forms: raw ham, Felino salami, coppa, culatello and many other specialties. All obviously drowned in a sea of Lambrusco wine.

We will return to Parma before dinner.

The fee for this trip is €13 and includes transport, guided tours and admission to the Roccabianca November Porc festival.

Durante il nostro City Tour avete scoperto le principali bellezze della città, ma ora è il momento di visitare due gioielli di Parma! 
Ci incontreremo infatti davanti al Teatro Regio, uno dei più importanti teatri d'opera italiani; fu costruito durante l'Ottocento per volere di Maria Luigia, duchessa di Parma e moglie di Napoleone, e ogni anno si tiene qui il Festival Verdi, che richiama in città visitatori da tutto il mondo per celebrare il maestro Giuseppe Verdi.
Ma non finisce qui, perché subito dopo visiteremo anche il Palazzo della Pilotta, sede della corte dei Farnese dalla fine del Cinquecento. Al suo interno potrete scoprire il bellissimo Teatro Farnese, la Biblioteca Palatina e le opere esposte nella Galleria Nazionale!

During our City Tour you have found out about the main attraction, but now it is time to visit two gems of Parma! 
We are going to meet in front of Teatro Regio, one of the most important Italian opera theater; it was built in the 19th century at the behest of Maria Luigia, Napoleon’s wife and duchess of Parma, and every year it hosts the famous Verdi’s Festival, which brings visitors from all over the world to celebrate the Maestro Giuseppe Verdi 
But this is just the start, because after that we are also going to visit Palazzo della Pilotta, seat of the Court of Farnese since the end of the 16th century. On the inside you can find the beautiful Teatro Farnese, Biblioteca Palatina and the works exhibited in the Galleria Nazionale!

I primi che si registreranno al form avranno l'opportunità di incontrare una delegazione di docenti provenienti dalle università del Rwanda.
Quando? 

Sabato 20 novembre 2021, si terrà una conferenza in cui ognuno di voi parlerà della realtà da dove viene e loro vi parleranno della vita in Rwanda.  
Uno scambio culturale a cui è impossibile mancare!
Come si fa a partecipare?
È molto semplice! Pochissimi erasmus potranno partecipare a questo evento riservatissimo. 
Per partecipare devi compilare il form. ATTENZIONE: verranno selezionati solo i primi erasmus che si iscrivono fino al massimo di 1 erasmus per ogni città.
Perché dovrei partecipare?
Gli erasmus che parteciperanno riceveranno un attestato dalla loro università e dall Unipr, e potranno partecipare all'aperitivo offerto dopo la presentazione!

The first of you that will fill the form could have the opportunity to meet a delegation of professors that comes to Parma from Rwanda universities.
When? 

On Saturday 20th November 2021. That day there will be a conference in which all of you will talk about your home country's reality and they will speak about Rwanda life.
This will be a wonderful cultural exchange that you can’t lose!
How can I participate?
It’s really simple! Only a few Erasmus students can take part in this private event. 
If you want to participate, you must fill the form, but pay attention: we will choose only the fastest Erasmus students that fill the form, and max only one person for each city.
Why should I participate?
The Erasmus students that take part in this event will receive a certificate of participation from your home university in collaboration with University of Parma, then they can take part in a free aperitif after the meeting.

P.S. The few chosen Erasmus students will have more info about how to make the presentation about their country in a second moment from their home university.

Siete pronti a scoprire le bellezze della vicina città di Modena?
 
Domenica 24 ottobre andremo in gita nella bella città emiliana, ma non ci limiteremo a visitare il centro storico, bensì abbiamo organizzato per voi alcune esperienze interessanti.
 
La mattina andremo a visitare l'Acetaia Giusti, ossia l'acetaia più antica d'Italia, che dal 1605 produce aceto balsamico: qui scopriremo i processi di produzione di questo prodotto e faremo una piccola degustazione.
 
Dopo pranzo visiteremo poi il centro storico di Modena e le sue bellezze, guidati dai volontari di ESN Modena.
 
Infine, concluderemo la giornata andando a visitare il Museo Ferrari di Maranello, dove avremo la possibilità di scoprire la storia della casa automobilistica più famosa d'Italia e di vedere da vicino le automobili esposte.

Are you ready to discover the beauties of the nearby city of Modena? 
 
Sunday 24th October we will go on a trip to the beautiful Emilian city, where we will not only visit the historic center, but we have also organized some other interesting experiences for you.
 
In the morning we will visit the Acetaia Giusti, which is the oldest vinegar factory in Italy that has been producing balsamic vinegar since 1605: here we will discover the production processes of the balsamic vinegar and we will have a small tasting.
 
After lunch we will visit the historic center of Modena and its beauties, guided by the volunteers of ESN Modena. 
 
Finally, we will conclude the day by visiting the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, where we will have the opportunity to discover the history of the most famous car manufacturer in Italy and have a closer look at their cars . 
 
Remember that to participate you must have the Green Pass

Three days dedicated to discover the ancient Italian culture, have fun and start new friendships! 
Where is it?  In our beautiful capital, Rome! 
When?  From 12 to 14 November, at ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus), the Erasmus Cultural Meeting, where over 3000 Erasmus students from all over Italy will meet in Rome, to spend 3 UNFORGETTABLE days together.
For this reason, we invite you to fill out the form, necessary to participate at the trip! 
 
But beware ... the seats are LIMITED, so hurry up and fill it.
The order of precedence is: WHO FIRST COMPLETES THE FORM WILL PARTICIPATE!!!
The fee will be approximately between 155 and 165 euros and icnludes the official ICE welcome kit, round-trip ticket by train, 2 nights at the hotel, dinner on Friday and Saturday, parties and much more!!!
