OFFICE HOURS
Our office is open to all international students. You can come by during opening hours without booking an appointment. We are here to help with university questions, ESNcard, event payments and anything you may need during your Erasmus.

BEFORE YOU COME
You don't need an appointment. Just come during our opening hours if you need help, want to get your ESNcard, pay for an event or ask us anything about your Erasmus in Parma.
DOCUMENTS
Bring any documents related to your question or request, if necessary.
A PASSPORT PHOTO
Bring a passport-size photo if you need to get your ESNcard.
REGISTER ON JUPITER
Remember to register on Jupiter before coming to the office.
