Who are we? We are a student association dedicated to welcoming international students. Our goal is to facilitate integration and enhance your experience through social, cultural, and recreational activities. Founded by students for students, we are here to support you and make your time in Parma as rich as possible.

  The best way to break the ice! We pair up an international student with a local one to help you improve your language skills and find a new local friend immediately.
• CITY TOUR
  Don't get lost in the alleys! Explore Parma with us and discover the secrets, history, and hidden corners of the city.
• TRIPS AND EXCURSIONS
  Pack your backpack! We organize trips to various cities in Italy to let you discover the wonders of the "Bel Paese" together.
• CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
  Parma is art and music. We will take you to concerts, theaters, and iconic sites, with a special focus on Giuseppe Verdi, born right here in our region.
• SPORTS ACTIVITIES
  Get in the game with tournaments and matches, both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful parks of Parma.
