Dopo una breve introduzione sul tema del riciclo e sul suo impatto, ti guideremo alla scoperta delle regole della raccolta differenziata a Parma, per diventare veri esperti e fare la differenza ogni giorno!

Poi sarà il momento di dare spazio alla creatività! I partecipanti, divisi in gruppi, realizzeranno stencil personalizzati che verranno utilizzati per decorare magliette o pantaloni, creando capi unici e sostenibili. Potrai esprimere il tuo stile e raccontarci il messaggio che la tua creazione vuole trasmettere.

Attenzione: Ricorda di portare la maglietta o i pantaloni che verranno ridecorati durante l'attività.

E non finisce qui! Al termine dell'attività ci godremo tutti insieme un aperitivo, tra musica, chiacchiere e tante risate. Vieni a divertirti con noi e scopri come anche il riciclo può diventare moda e creatività!

Do you love the idea of giving new life to materials and making the world a greener place? Then join us for "Recycling Day!"

After a short introduction on the topic of recycling and its impact, we’ll guide you through the rules of waste separation in Parma, helping you become real experts and make a difference every day!

Then it’s time to get creative! Participants, divided into groups, will create custom stencils that will be used to personalize T-shirts or trousers, turning them into unique and sustainable pieces. You’ll be able to express your style and share the message behind your creation.

Warning: Remember to bring your t-shirt or trousers to be redecorated during the activity.

And that’s not all! At the end, we’ll enjoy an aperitivo together, with music, laughs, and good vibes. Come have fun with us and show that recycling can become fashion and creativity!

Un bellissimo evento nelle Dolomiti: quattro giorni di neve, après-ski, feste e vibrazioni indimenticabili con studenti Erasmus da tutta Italia!

How much? La quota base preventiva è di 360€ a persona + 50€ di caparra (che verrà restituita alla fine dell’evento se non si verificano danni). Il pagamento sarà diviso in due parti (non rimborsabili) e comprenderà:

  • Viaggio in bus (da/per Parma)
  • Skipass per 4 giorni + assicurazione
  • 3 notti in hotel (colazione inclusa)

Erasmussss the ESNow season is almost here, are you ready?

When? The ESNow 2026 will be from the 20th to the 23rd of March
Where? In Folgaria (Trentino-Alto Adige), in the beautiful scenery of the Alpe Cimbra

A beautiful event in the Dolomites: four days of snow, après-ski, parties, and unforgettable vibes with Erasmus students from all over Italy!

How much? The preventive base rate is 360€ per person + 50€ of deposit (it will be refunded at the end of the event if no damage occurs). The payment will be divided in two parts (nonrefundable) and will comprise:

  • Trip by bus (from/to Parma)
  • 4 days ski pass + insurance
  • 3 nights in a hotel (breakfast included)
  • 3 dinners included
  • 2 parties at the disco (Friday and Sunday)
  • Saturday evening activity
  • 3 aprèski parties
  • Transports from the hotel to the parties
  • Different discounts

Here are the extras you can add to your ESNow subscription:

  • Ski/snowboard lessons: 50€
