Esn Assi Parma va a sciare! Siete pronti a ritrovarvi in un fantastico panorama? Sarà un evento diverso dal solito, ma pieno di particolari emozioni. Potrete respirare aria pulita e accorgervi di come sia diversa l'aria gelida del mattino con il suo profumo particolare. Non è finita qui, potrete mettere in gioco le vostre abilità e per chi sulla neve non ci è mai stato, invece, può sperimentare nuove attività, nuove sensazioni e nuove avventure. Ovviamente il divertimento con noi è assicurato! Salite sulla nostra slitta virtuale, e verrete catapultati in un’era glaciale piena di odori e sapori e viste mozzafiato

Posti sono davvero limitati, fate presto!!! (la priorità sarà data a chi compila il modulo per primo. Se i pagamenti non sono fatti in tempo, il posto è perso!)

• Dove? Folgaria (TN), nella bellissima cornice dell’Alpe Cimbra

Un bellissimo evento sulle Dolomiti che vedrà coinvolti gli Erasmus di tutta Italia.
Quanto? Preventivamente 350€ a persona + 50€ di cauzione, che comprenderà (in 2 tranche):

• 4 giorni di skipass
• 3 notti in HOTEL
• 3 colazioni/cene incluse
• 3 feste
• assicurazione medica + RCT
• Trasporto A/R da Parma
• Assicurazione responsabilità civile durante le serate
• sconti per gli Aprèski
• Sconti bar/ristoranti sulle piste
• Welcome pack

Se non avete l'attrezzatura necessaria, nessun problema. Abbiamo stipulato un accordo per il noleggio delle attrezzature, con l'esclusione dell'abito appropriato che dovresti portare con te da Parma. Facci sapere nel modulo di cosa hai bisogno. E per coloro che hanno bisogno di alcune lezioni, ti copriamo. Di seguito gli extra che puoi aggiungere alla tua iscrizione:
- Noleggio completo sci/snowboard + scarponi + casco per 4 giorni: 45€
- Noleggio di singole attrezzature: solo casco (5€), solo scarponi (20€), solo sci/snowboar (22€)
- Lezioni di sci/snowboard: 27€ (2h/giorno) per i 4 giorni.
Quando apre la iscrizione: 30 Gennaio
Cosa fare:
1) Compilare il FORM che vi arriverà via e-mail.
2) Pagamenti:
a) vi verrà mandato il link per pagare la prima rata di 250€ entro il 10 febbraio.
b) Poi vi verrà mandato un secondo link con il totale che ognuno dovrà pagare (resto della fee, + i tuoi extra + cauzione) entro (data definita successivamente).
c) I pagamenti potranno essere effettuati in ufficio o tramite Verse.
P.S.:
1. la rata base è da considerare come preventivo, il prezzo potrà subire variazioni in base alla disponibilità dei posti.
2. Non saranno necessarie mascherine o green pass, ma è fortemente consigliata l’effettuazione di un test covid nei giorni che precedono l’evento. Dopotutto, il Covid è l’unica cosa che non vogliamo condividere, grazie per la comprensione!
3. Per chi risulterà positivo entro il (da definire) sarà possibile cambiare il nome dell’iscritto (la nuova persona dovrà pagare anche gli extra selezionati). Dopo questa data non saranno possibili rimborsi.
4. Se lasceremo l’evento senza danni, la cauzione sarà interamente rimborsata

Are you ready to find yourself in an amazing location? It will be an event different from our usual, but full of amazing emotions!!
You will be able to breathe the clean air and enjoy how different the icy morning air is with its particular scent.
But that’s not all, you can also show off ski/ snowboard skills! And for those who have never been to the snow, you will learn a new activity, sensations and enjoy adventure!
As you already know, the fun with us is guaranteed!
Get on our virtual sled, and you will be catapulted into an ice age full of smells and tastes and breathtaking views!

SKI/SNOWBOARD & RELAX

(priority will be given to whoever fills the form first. If payments are not done in time, the spot is lost!)
When? The ESNow will be from the 17th to the 20th of March.
Where? In Folgaria (TN), in the beautiful scenery of the Alpe Cimbra.
A beautiful event in the Dolomites that will see gathered Erasmus from all over Italy.
How much? The preventive base rate is 350€ per person + 50€ of caution, which will comprise (in 2 parcels):

• 4 days ski pass
• 3 nights in a hotel (breakfast included)
• 3 dinners included
• 3 parties
• Discounts on the slopes
• Discounts at the Aprèski
• Medical insurance + RCT
• Insurance for civil liability during the evenings

If you don’t have the necessary equipment, no problem. We have established an agreement for equipment rental, with the exclusion of the appropriate suit that you should take with you from Parma. Just let us know in the form what you need. And for those who need some lessons, we get you covered. Below the extras you can add to your enrolment:
- Rental of complete equipment for 4 days: 45€ (includes skis/snowboard, boots, and helmet)
- Rental of individual equipment: ski/snowboard 22€; boots 20€; helmet 5€
- Ski/ Snowboard lessons: 27€ (2h/ day) for the 4 days
When enrolment opens? 30th of January
What to do:
1. Fill out the FORM that will be sent to you by e-mail
2. Payment:
a. you will get a link to pay the first tranche of 250€ until the 10th of February.
b. After, a second link will be sent to you along with your total left (rest of base fee, + your extras + caution value) to pay until the (more info coming).
c. Payment will be possible in the office or via Verse.
P.S.:
1. The base fee price indicated is preventive, the price might change according to spots available.
2. Currently no green pass is obligatory, but we would thank and recommend everyone to get tested before, to prevent going positive and end up spreading it to others… afterall… covid is not what we want to be sharing thanks for the comprehension.
3. For those who test positive until (more info coming) it will be possible to change the enrolment name (the new person must take all the extras selected). After this date no reimbursement will possible.
4. If all is well when we leave the event, the caution value will be refunded.

ESN ASSI PARMA vi porta a teatro!
Siete pronti a vivere un’esperienza di catarsi?
L’Erasmus non è fatto solo di feste, ma anche di cultura! E quale miglior attività culturale se non andare a teatro “Dove tutto è finto e niente è falso”?!

L’Opera lirica ha origine nel 1600 a Firenze, quando per il matrimonio di Maria de’ Medici con il re francese venne allestito questo spettacolo che prevedeva dei versi cantati accompagnati da musica.
Quest'arte piacque così tanto da espandersi prima in Francia, poi in Germania, in Austria ecc.  Famose sono le arie, sezioni in cui il personaggio dà sfogo alle proprie passioni e alle proprie emozioni;
e famosa è la catarsi che avviene nel guardare uno spettacolo teatrale, all’uscita sarete persone nuove!
Parma ha un'eccellente tradizione operistica, e per celebrare questa pagina importante della sua storia vi porteremo a vedere le prove aperte dello spettacolo “Il Matrimonio segreto", composta e scritta da Domenico Cimarosa e Giovanni Bertati!
Non perderti questa esperienza catartica!

ESN ASSI PARMA is taking you to the theatre!
Are you ready to live a cathartic experience? 
A true Erasmus isn't made just by great parties and late nights, but also by the richness of culture! And what's better to enjoy such beauty than a night at the opera "Where everything is fake and nothing is false"?

Italian Opera has its origins during the XVII century in Florence, when a great show with singers and musicians was organized to celebrate the wedding between Maria de' Medici and the french king. This kind of performance was so loved by the audience that it spread throughout all central Europe. Famous are the so called "arie", where characters of the play express their feelings in a passionate and powerful way; and equally famous is the cathartic effect that such plays have on the audience: by the end of the night you will feel reborn!

Parma as an excellent opera tradition, and to honour this important page of our city's history we will take you to see the "Il Matrimonio segreto" preview, and opera composed and written respectively by Domenico Cimarosa and Giovanni Bertati!
Don't miss such a cathartic experience!

Unisciti ad ESN ASSI PARMA per una fantastica gita nelle due città più importanti del Veneto ricche di storia, cultura e arte!!
Quest'avventura inizierà nella famosissima e romantica Venezia dove avrete l'intera giornata per ammirare l'atmosfera unica della città grazie alla grande varietà di monumenti e tesori d'arte come Canal Grande, la stupenda Basilica, Palazzo Ducale e ovviamente le famosissime gondole.
Dopo aver visitato Venezia ci sposteremo tutti insieme a Padova, per fare il check-in in hotel.
Durante la notte potrai divertirti con noi alla festa di carnevale in discoteca, organizzata dai volontari di ESN Padova, in tema "once upon a time" dove potrai vestirti da un personaggio delle tue favole, fiabe o leggende preferite!  
Il giorno dopo ci incontriamo per il city tour di Padova e scoprire le sue bellezze.
Dopo andremo insieme ad ammirare uno dei capolavori di Giotto, la Cappella degli Scrovegni diventata uno dei cicli pittorici più importanti di tutta la storia della pittura italiana del XIV secolo.

Join ESN ASSI PARMA for a fantastic trip to the two most important cities of Veneto rich in history, culture and art!!
This adventure will begin in the famous and romantic Venice where you will have the whole day to admire the unique atmosphere of the city thanks to the great variety of monuments and art treasures such as the Grand Canal, the beautiful Basilica, the Doge’s Palace and of course the famous gondolas.
After visiting Venice we will all move together to Padova, to check in at the hotel.
During the night you can have fun with us at the carnival party in the disco, organized by the volunteers of ESN Padova, themed "once upon a time" where you can dress up as a character from your favorite fairy tales, fairy tales or legends!  
The next day we will meet for the city tour of Padova and discover its beauties.
After we will go together to admire one of Giotto’s masterpieces, the Scrovegni Chapel became one of the most important pictorial cycles in the history of Italian painting of the fourteenth century.
