Se desiderate scoprire i sapori tipici della nostra bellissima Parma, città centrale nella Food Valley, sfruttando la creatività e la tradizione locale, vi proponiamo un'iniziativa ad hoc che fa per voi!

Questo evento vi invita ad esplorare la ricca tradizione culinaria della nostra città in un modo divertente ed interattivo!

Cominceremo con una breve introduzione parlando dei piatti tipici, gli ingredienti in essi utilizzati e delle vicende che si celano dietro ciascuna ricetta che rende così speciale questa città.

A seguire, andremo in cucina e ci faremo trasportare dalla creatività tramite un workshop creato appositamente per voi.

Potrete imparare a cucinare i classici Tortelli d'erbetta - tipici tortelli con un ripieno a base di erbette e Parmigiano Reggiano.

E infine, per completare l'esperienza in bellezza, potrete anche preparare un rinfrescante aperitivo - Spritz alla Violetta - un cocktail floreale e unico che rientra nella classica tradizione Italiana degli aperitivi.

Sarà il momento perfetto per imparare qualcosa di nuovo (e buono!), creare insieme piatti tipici, divertendosi e scoprendo i sapori e le tradizioni di Parma!

Discovering Parma with a Taste of Culture and Creativity Ready to experience the true spirit of Parma? This event invites you to explore the city’s rich culinary traditions in a fun, hands-on way!

We’ll start with a short introduction to Parma’s local food culture, discovering the stories behind traditional recipes and the ingredients that make this region so special.

Then it’s time to get creative in the kitchen! In the cooking workshop, you’ll learn how to make Tortelli di Erbetta – a classic handmade pasta filled with herbs and cheese. To complete the experience, you’ll also prepare a refreshing and floral Spritz alla Violetta – a unique twist on the traditional Italian aperitif.

It’s the perfect moment to learn something new, create together, and have fun while discovering the flavors and traditions of Parma

Cos’è un Eurodinner?

Una cena internazionale dove più di 500 studenti erasmus provenienti da tutto il mondo, ognuno dei quali porta un piatto e una bevanda tradizionale della propria nazione. Dopo la cena, preparatevi per un ritorno al passato: “Festa a tema anni 2000” Pensa a Britney, ai Backstreet Boys, ai jeans a vita bassa, alle clip a farfalla e a tutti i successi dei primi anni 2000 che ci hanno reso ciò che siamo oggi 

Cosa è incluso nella quota:

• Treno da Parma a Pavia e da Pavia a Parma
• Navetta andata e ritorno
• Visita guidata della città di Pavia
• 2 aperitivi di benvenuto
• Entrate alla cena internazionale

We are beyond excited to announce that we’ve been invited to the biggest event organized by ST.E.P. ESN Pavia: EURODINNER 2025 – Y2K FEVER EDITION! 

What is Eurodinner?

An international dinner where over 500 Erasmus students from all over the world come together, each bringing a traditional dish and drink from their country. After dinner, get ready for the ultimate throwback:“Y2K Fever – The Ultimate 2000s Party Night” Think Britney, Backstreet Boys, low-rise jeans, butterfly clips, and all the early 2000s hits that made us who we are today 

What’s included in the fee:

• Train from Parma to Pavia and from Pavia to Parma
• Shuttle to and from the party
• Guided city tour of Pavia
• Welcome aperitivo with 2 drinks
• Entry to the international dinner
• 2000s-themed party with 1 free drink & DJ set 

 What should you bring?

Your best Y2K outfit (yes, go full Paris Hilton), and the energy to party like it’s 2004! 

Where do we sleep after the party?

Spoiler alert: we don’t! We’ll head back to Parma with one of the first trains on Sunday morning — because legends don’t need sleep.
