Durante quest'evento sarà approfondita la preparazione di questi prodotti e verrà dedicato uno spazio a Pellegrino Artusi, famoso gastronomo e critico che ha ispirato il nome della Fondazione.

Casa Artusi has organized for you an exchange of knowledge with the DOP Consortium #madeinER, such as the Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to taste and appreciate the authentic Italian product.
During this event will be in depth the preparation of these products and will be dedicated a space to Pellegrino Artusi, famous gastronome and critic who inspired the name of the Foundation.
At the end of the event you will receive a free tasty bag with the products you have tasted and other information material.
