ESN ha organizzato per voi una nuova imperdibile gita 100% parmigiana! 

Dopo aver visitato il bellissimo borgo di Fontanellato nella Bassa Parmense, ci sposteremo a Roccabianca, dove potrete ammirare il suo affascinante castello, celebre per i suoi magnifici affreschi, la vecchia distilleria e l'acetaia. 

Infine ci uniremo per la cena al November Porc, la tipica sagra di Parma dedicata al maiale in tutte le sue forme: prosciutto crudo, salame di Felino, coppa, culatello e molte altre specialità, il tutto affogato in un mare di Lambrusco. 

Dopo la cena ci saranno anche musica e esibizioni live per finire in bellezza la serata!

ESN has organised a new unmissable 100% Parmesan trip for you! 

After visiting the beautiful village of Fontanellato in the Bassa Parmense, we will go to Roccabianca, where you will have the opportunity to admire its charming castle, famous for its magnificent frescoes, the old distillery and the acetaia. 

Finally, we will join for dinner the November Pork, the typical Parma festival dedicated to pork in all its forms: prosciutto crudo, Felino salami, coppa, culatello and many other specialities, all drowned in a sea of Lambrusco wine. 

After dinner there will also be music and live performances to end the evening on a high note!
